Required Skills / Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consultative role in the SaaS, analytics, or business intelligence sector. Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex data-related problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building trust and driving client engagement. Demonstrated experience in managing and growing customer accounts with a focus on net dollar retention. Preferred experience with SQL, data visualization tools, and cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery). Familiarity with ETL processes. Experience in implementing production-level business intelligence solutions.

Role Overview

Sigma Computing is hiring a Commercial Customer Success Manager to join the team in San Francisco. This in-office position focuses on supporting customers as they use Sigma’s analytics and business intelligence platform. The role centers on building strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting account growth through thoughtful account management.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers in high-value customer accounts.
  • Analytics Expertise: Guide customers in getting the most from Sigma Computing’s platform, helping them turn data into actionable insights.
  • Net Dollar Retention (NDR) Growth: Develop and carry out plans to increase NDR by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and reducing churn through proactive engagement.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as a bridge between customers and the product team, sharing feedback and advocating for features or integrations that improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Success Plans: Work with customers to design and execute plans that align Sigma’s capabilities with their business goals.
  • Educational Initiatives: Lead training sessions, webinars, and workshops to boost product knowledge and user engagement.

Location Requirement

This role is based onsite at Sigma Computing’s San Francisco office.
