American Overhead Door, a part of DH Pace Company, Inc., is currently seeking Commercial Door Service Technicians who are eager to embark on a rewarding career. After successful completion of our training program, you will receive your very own company work vehicle! Candidates with backgrounds in construction, electrical work, fabrication, carpentry, installation, and mechanical services will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently install and repair a diverse range of commercial doors and their operating systems.
- Identify and present opportunities for additional products and services to our customers.
- Maintain accurate job-related paperwork and submit it punctually.
- Deliver high-quality products and professional service to homeowners and builders alike.
- Prioritize safety while performing job duties at all times.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a construction-related field.
- Welding and/or electrical experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Possess good mechanical aptitude.
