What is the Intermediary Desk?
Intermediaries are key partners who submit lease or financing requests on behalf of their clients for vehicle purchases. They do not need a vehicle themselves but facilitate the process for their customers. The Intermediary Desk consists of a dedicated team (approximately 10 colleagues) assisting these intermediaries. We ensure that requests are handled efficiently, inquiries are addressed, and collaborations run smoothly. You will be the main point of contact, maintaining oversight, ensuring follow-ups, and brainstorming solutions.
About the Role
As a Commercial Inside Sales Representative, you are a vital link within the commercial team of the Intermediary Desk. You will be the first point of contact for our intermediaries, supporting them throughout the entire process, from application to follow-up and management.
Your primary focus will be on relationship management and warm acquisition: actively maintaining existing relationships, re-engaging them, and expanding commercial opportunities. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from acceptance, sales, management, and operations to assist intermediaries swiftly and professionally. You will keep the process moving forward, ensuring that commitments are met, with the ultimate goal of allowing their clients to drive away in their desired vehicle as quickly as possible.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with intermediaries actively.
- Support intermediaries in submitting applications and proactively monitor progress.
- Identify commercial opportunities within existing relationships.
