Key Responsibilities:Engage with decision-makers to influence purchasing of our extensive range of commercial doors and related services. Interact with customers to identify sales opportunities and resolve issues through consultative selling. Develop sales within the commercial and industrial sectors including building owners, hospitals, educational institutions, and municipalities in the Denver area. Achieve or surpass established sales and gross profit targets. Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals. Meet with current and potential customers, assess their needs, and sell technical and mechanical products and services. Define the scope of work for proposals and manage all details from initial contact to closing the sale. Promptly follow up to finalize customer projects and assist in project management as needed. Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) on a daily basis. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:Bachelor's degree is highly preferred. A minimum of three (3) years of outside sales experience. Strong technical aptitude for mechanical systems and applications. Experience with blueprints, plans, and specifications is highly desirable.
