Job Description
We are in search of our pioneering Sales Development Representatives. In this role, you will identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities. As a vital member of our go-to-market team, you will help scale our outbound efforts. This position serves as a stepping stone for future Account Executive roles, as we prioritize internal promotions. This is a hybrid role, requiring a few days a week in our Austin office.
Responsibilities
- Generate and nurture leads to build a robust pipeline for our Commercial Account Executive team.
- Qualify prospects to expedite deal cycles.
- Develop expertise in Coefficient's offerings and understand our core customer personas, their challenges, and our unique value propositions.
- Design and implement campaigns across various channels including email, LinkedIn, and phone, crafting messages that effectively convey our product's value.
- Contribute to the growth of our go-to-market team by continuously innovating and testing new strategies.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of prior experience in a business development role within the B2B SaaS sector.
- Adept at navigating ambiguity; you are an independent thinker who seeks guidance when necessary but can also forge ahead in uncertain situations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Strong motivation to learn and grow within a startup environment.
