Role overview
The Commercial Specialist I (Mid-Level) will support Inter’s expansion among medium-sized businesses in Campinas, SP. The position centers on identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and creating proposals that fit each client's needs. A consultative approach is key to ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
What you will do
- Prospect and develop commercial relationships with medium-sized business clients.
- Prepare tailored proposals, highlighting opportunities to cross-sell products within Inter’s suite of services.
- Conduct in-person meetings to understand client needs and present solutions.
- Lead negotiations and close new business deals.
- Monitor commercial KPIs and work to achieve targets.
- Analyze client profiles and evaluate potential for growth.
