Reporting directly to the Creative Director of Growth, you will collaborate closely with content strategists and growth marketers to achieve our goals.What You’ll AccomplishExecute High-Impact Creative: Develop and produce high-quality assets for various channels, ensuring they are conversion-optimized and adhere to our brand guidelines.Scale Design Systems: Help establish and maintain efficient design templates and systems, enabling us to produce customized partner assets swiftly.Support Partnerization: Modify and enhance creative materials for our ecosystem partners, ensuring cohesive co-branding and visual consistency across multiple channels.Collaborate on Experiments: Work alongside the Growth Marketing team to facilitate creative testing and experimentation, iterating on designs based on performance insights.Enhance Brand Presence: Through outstanding design, elevate member awareness, build a premier brand, and enhance user experience.Basic Qualifications3+ years of experience in visual design, ideally within a growth, performance marketing, or agency setting.A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, email design, and direct mail/print design.Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience working with established design systems and adhering to brand guidelines.Demonstrated capability to juggle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of marketing metrics and understanding how design influences conversion rates and performance.Preferred QualificationsExperience in direct mail design and production.
