What You'll Do
Establish the benchmark for exceptional communications in a rapidly growing, founder-led organization.
Collaborate with the marketing team to shape our brand identity and enhance Sierra's visibility as:
A generational company;
A leader in category innovation;
The preferred AI partner for top-tier companies; and
An outstanding workplace.
Oversee our public relations, social media presence (including podcasts), and blog content.
Manage daily operations with our PR agency.
Actively participate in the Marcomms team, contributing as needed.
