About the Role
As our dedicated Community and Creator Growth Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering and expanding our community of content creators, becoming our first hire focused on this vital area. This is a hands-on position where you will manage daily community operations and creator engagements, translating insights into scalable success. You will represent the voice of Mirelo, forging relationships with creators, filmmakers, and game developers while crafting systems and programs that turn users into passionate advocates.
This role offers exceptional breadth and learning opportunities in an early-stage startup environment. You will collaborate on strategic initiatives with our core growth and product teams, owning key workstreams that nurture and sustain our vibrant community.
Ideal candidates will be early in their careers or already engaged in creator or community-oriented spaces, eager to embrace full ownership in a professional, high-growth setting. Preference will be given to those who can work directly with our growth team at our Berlin headquarters.
What You'll Do
Community Operations - Manage direct messages and creator communications across platforms (e.g., X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), embodying the voice of Mirelo.
Growth Execution - Execute regular outreach initiatives and activation cycles, developing strategies to grow and engage our user base. What motivates our audience? What brings them back?
Build Systems - Design workflows, templates, and processes to scale community operations while preserving authenticity.
Design Incentive Programs - Create ambassador programs, creator highlights, and loyalty initiatives that reward and engage our most dedicated users.
Content Creation - Develop captivating content (posts, videos, user showcases) that keeps the community engaged and informed.
