The Community Groundskeeper plays a vital role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal and upkeep of our community's outdoor spaces and shared areas, ensuring an inviting atmosphere for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by upholding Peak standards.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to consistently present outstanding curb appeal.
- Conduct daily inspections of exterior grounds and buildings, including breezeways.
- Regularly collect litter from the premises.
- Operate the trash compactor daily, including weekends as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the mailbox area on a daily basis.
- Irrigate flowers, plants, and shrubs as necessary.
- Oversee swimming pool maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- Maintain precise swimming pool chemical records in compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the pool area by picking up trash and arranging furniture.
- Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the office, clubhouse, and amenity areas.
- Maximize the community's curb appeal.
- Check and replace light bulbs as needed.
- Oversee the painting of curbs and speed bumps.
- Sweep, blow, or pressure wash breezeways, parking lots, and common areas.
- Keep storm drains clear of debris.
- Distribute and post correspondence, newsletters, and flyers.
- Support the execution of turnover events.
- Clear trash from vacant units.
- Address complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to company dress code.
