Role overview
The Community Manager will shape and expand both B2B and B2C communities for Bolt.new by StackBlitz. This role defines what community management means at Bolt: setting standards for structure, conversation quality, content, and user value.
What you will do
- Engage with the community daily by responding to questions, moderating discussions, and guiding conversations.
- Collect user feedback and insights, translating them into actionable recommendations for the business.
- Drive community initiatives that increase engagement, retention, and long-term customer value.
- Collaborate with product and education teams to share real-time feedback that influences product direction and user experience.
- Develop and manage the community ambassador program: identify, recruit, and mentor key contributors, and set standards for impactful participation.
- Create frameworks to help engaged users become strong advocates for Bolt.new.
Requirements
- Experience managing online communities, ideally across both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- Comfort working remotely within a distributed team.
- Interest in software development, developer tools, or technical communities is a plus.
