Create and promote community-driven content, highlighting user stories that resonate with the wider audience. Identify community leaders and develop toolkits to enhance their contributions. Establish a feedback framework to gather community insights and use them for continuous improvement.

This role supports two key projects aimed at enhancing workforce development and attracting new, skilled residents to our vibrant community. You will be instrumental in fostering a sense of pride among current residents by engaging them with the countless opportunities the County offers for work, living, and visiting.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in developing a new website for three economic development organizations in New York State, designed to showcase the unique strengths and competitive advantages of the local area.
