Proactively manage and seek out customer traffic, referrals, and innovative methods to generate leads. Ensure a smooth sales process in collaboration with buyers, real estate agents, and lenders through to closing. Maintain and update promotional materials, marketing information, and signage for all communities. Participate in regular studio and company meetings. Organize and manage essential company files for the studio. Communicate effectively with mortgage lenders to confirm documentation and support buyers through the loan processing for timely closing. Perform additional duties as assigned.
