FIM (Fulcrum Infrastructure Management) specializes in the management of social infrastructure assets, operating under the auspices of our parent company, Meridiam, a global leader in infrastructure investment. Our Welsh Education Partnership asset (WEPCo) is a long-term collaboration with the Development Bank of Wales, aimed at designing, building, financing, operating, and maintaining educational infrastructure over a 25-year horizon. We have successfully completed multiple primary schools and are advancing in the construction of college campuses, all while adhering to the Mutual Investment Model developed by the Welsh Government.
