Qualifications

Genuine passion for supporting children with autism. Demonstrated patience, compassion, and teamwork skills. Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, along with a Tuberculosis test (if not done within the last year). Must pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various tasks (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Ability to lift and carry objects or children weighing up to 50 pounds. Completion of Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding is required.
