Qualifications:A genuine passion for helping children with autism. Patience, compassion, and teamwork skills. Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, along with a Tuberculosis test (if necessary). Must pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various movements (sitting, bending, etc.). Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds. Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

This fulfilling role offers the chance to work one-on-one with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
