Qualifications

To excel as a Behavior Technician, you should meet the following qualifications:Demonstrate a passion for assisting children with autism. Exhibit patience, compassion, and teamwork skills. Be 18 years or older. Possess a high school diploma or GED. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications, and pass a tuberculosis test if required. Successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Be physically capable of performing various movements (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Commit to obtaining a Registered Behavior Technician Certification post-onboarding.
