As a Behavior Technician, you will engage in one-on-one sessions with children, applying individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will utilize evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living activities while minimizing challenging behaviors.
