To succeed in this role, you should have:A genuine passion for helping children with autism and their families. Exceptional patience and compassion, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting. A minimum age of 18 years. A high school diploma or GED. The capacity to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications, as well as a recent Tuberculosis test. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various movements, such as sitting, squatting, bending, and lifting. Ability to lift and carry items or children weighing up to 50 pounds.
