Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Your Role

As a Compensation Analyst at Stripe, you will be instrumental in collaborating with Compensation Program Managers and Compensation Partners to provide valuable data-driven insights while executing critical compensation processes. Your work will involve close partnership with cross-functional teams, including Talent & Development, Global Equity Management, People Analytics, and Finance & Strategy, ensuring our compensation strategies scale effectively and support Stripe’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth compensation analysis and modeling to inform program design and strategic recommendations.
  • Play a pivotal role in our annual pay range benchmarking and review processes.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring data sets are comprehensive and up-to-date.
  • Develop and maintain tools, dashboards, and templates that empower informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with People and Finance teams to guarantee accurate, timely compensation data and reporting.
  • Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits within our HRIS (Workday).
  • Contribute to the design and development of comprehensive annual compensation planning programs.
  • Engage in research and analysis to support new compensation policies and initiatives.
  • Handle and analyze complex datasets to extract insights and communicate findings effectively; develop tools to enhance efficiency.
