About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manager, Compensation and Rewards to enhance our people team. In this vital position, you will serve as a data-driven collaborator for our HR Business Partners, Managers, and Talent Partners, ensuring that our compensation and rewards programs are competitive, equitable, and scalable.
As a successful candidate, you will possess a strong analytical mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, operating with a high degree of independence. Your insights will be essential in shaping our talent acquisition and retention strategies within the company.
This hybrid role requires on-site attendance at least three days a week at either our New York City or San Francisco office. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates moving to our hubs.
