Location: Our headquarters is located in Irvine, California, with expanding offices in Denver, Colorado, and San Francisco, California. The Role: We are on the lookout for a Compensation Insights Lead to analyze market trends, publish insightful reports, and provide strategic guidance to top compensation teams globally, helping them navigate fluctuating markets and solidifying our position as a leader in compensation intelligence technology. This position will report directly to the Compensation Insights Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage directly with customers by delivering product demonstrations, trainings, and research that showcase Compa's AI solutions and their relevance to current compensation challenges.
Utilize Compa’s extensive data network to identify trends and insights, contributing to research reports, market briefs, flash polls, blog posts, webinars, and other content.
Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team as the compensation expert to drive new business initiatives and directly influence Compa’s revenue targets.
