- The Compensation Operations Team at Toss specializes in managing Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation operations.
- We are responsible for overseeing compensation and attendance operations across various subsidiary companies while collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and different organizations.
- The team consists of Payroll and Compensation experts with 5 to 17 years of experience, having worked in diverse environments including multinational corporations, large enterprises, and startups.
Position Overview
- This role is a one-year contract position responsible for Payroll operations for specific subsidiaries within the Toss community.
- Focus on stabilizing complex attendance and labor-based Payroll operations.
- Concentrate on automating repetitive tasks and enhancing process efficiency.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage overall Payroll operations for subsidiaries (attendance, salary, withholding tax, year-end settlement, retirement pay, social insurance, etc.), ensuring accurate salary settlements and validations reflecting complex attendance structures (flexible work, shift work, overtime, etc.), and establishing processes for maintaining consistency between attendance data and Payroll while preventing errors.
- Automate repetitive payroll and attendance processing tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Incorporate changes in labor laws and related regulations into payroll and attendance operations.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and various organizations to address Payroll issues and ensure effective communication.
Ideal Candidate
- At least 4 years of experience in managing In-House Payroll operations for large organizations (1,000+ employees).
- Proven ability to handle complex compensation and attendance systems.
- Strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
