About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Compensation Manager to oversee and enhance our compensation and benefits programs. You will ensure that our compensation practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with our business strategies while establishing scalable total rewards frameworks that support growth. This role involves implementing, refining, and maintaining Reflection’s Total Rewards philosophies. As you grow in this position, you will become a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, shaping our approach to pay, equity, incentives, and market competitiveness.

Responsibilities
Compensation Ownership
Manage compensation bands, benchmarking, and pay governance
Collaborate on offer approvals and workforce planning
Monitor internal equity and market competitiveness
Performance & Pay Cycles
Lead annual and off-cycle compensation review processes
Translate performance evaluations into merit and promotion decisions
Provide insightful compensation analytics to leadership
Benefits Administration
Oversee benefits programs in collaboration with our PEO
Evaluate and recommend enhancements as we scale
Assist with future planning for a standalone benefits structure
Total Rewards Integration
Work cross-functionally on equity and total rewards design
Maintain a comprehensive view of cash and equity competitiveness
