Core Competencies:In-depth knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, FATF, OFAC, and FinCEN standardsPreferred experience with blockchain tracing tools such as Chainalysis, TRM Labs, or EllipticAbility to analyze financial and digital asset transaction dataExpertise in risk assessment, control evaluation, and remediation planningProficient in English communication and reporting, with strong Microsoft Office skillsJob Responsibilities:Clearly communicate findings and compliance concepts to a variety of stakeholdersCollaborate efficiently with team members across various time zones and departmentsUphold confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and client informationReview documents and transactions to identify compliance risksConduct risk assessments and evaluate internal controls for remediationExhibit curiosity and initiative in understanding business processes and identifying compliance gapsMaintain a results-oriented mindset focused on timely reviews and accurate reportingStay abreast of changes in regulations and compliance practices in the digital asset space
