The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of SEC and FINRA advertising regulations, with the ability to articulate complex regulatory matters to business partners effectively. You will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions that facilitate compliant and impactful public communications, while regularly engaging with various teams on diverse projects within the compliance department.
