The Compliance Department at Guidepoint is a dynamic and collaborative team that plays a pivotal role in supporting the company's global operations. Guidepoint is on the lookout for a skilled Compliance Associate to become a part of our Global Compliance Department. This experienced individual will support all facets of Guidepoint's compliance program, offering guidance to our business teams when navigating complex compliance challenges.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver initial and ongoing training for client-facing employees.
- Address daily inquiries from our sales and service teams.
- Conduct compliance portal overviews for prospective and current clients.
- Integrate client-related protocols into our proprietary database.
- Assist our technology team in implementing compliance controls.
What You Have:
- Required Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic record.
- At least 2+ years of regulatory compliance experience in financial services (excluding KYC/AML).
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
- Experience with compliance search tools.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and due diligence is preferred.
- Outstanding analytical skills.
