Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes for composite components.
  • Provide support in designing tooling and fixtures for aerospace part production.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive manufacturing bills of materials.
  • Review technical drawings and 3D models to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Liaise with external suppliers to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Identify and resolve manufacturing challenges during the development phase and implement corrective actions.
  • Create detailed process plans and work instructions to adhere to aerospace quality standards.
  • Assist with production planning, capacity management, line configuration, and operational process enhancement.
  • Evaluate non-conforming parts, determine root causes, and take action to minimize waste.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide critical feedback on dynamic systems, manufacturing techniques, materials, and inspection protocols.
  • Establish and uphold manufacturing best practices for essential aerospace components.
