As a Computer Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support for our business systems and technology. Your responsibilities encompass a wide array of devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and audio-visual equipment. You will also assist with cloud and on-premises business applications, manage new equipment configuration and deployment, and handle user and computer account creation during employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Our focus is on delivering a personalized level of service, leveraging Millennium Health’s advanced tools and solutions.
- Efficiently triage and prioritize client requests while documenting issues and actions taken.
- Offer technical support to end users via email, phone, and remote assistance.
- Resolve end-user requests for services, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers and peripherals.
- Build rapport with end users, providing tailored solutions while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Manage asset reception and update asset management records accordingly.
- Facilitate equipment movement within and between facilities.
- Stage equipment for building and imaging hardware setups and replacements.
- Be available for after-hours on-call rotation, including weekends.
- Adhere to HIPAA, confidentiality, and compliance policies and standards at all times.
- Ensure compliance with administrative, physical, and technical cybersecurity controls.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
