Our Space Systems division creates a diverse array of satellites and components, including spacecraft selected for NASA missions to the Moon and Mars, as well as components utilized in the James Webb Space Telescope.
WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
As a Configuration Data Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development of our Neutron launch vehicle. You will define, architect, implement, and maintain software solutions that manage and control configuration data vital for the Neutron program.
Configuration data encompasses the design, performance, and features of the launch vehicle and its supporting systems. It ensures that engineers, analysts, and operators utilize consistent and coherent information throughout all mission phases. Your contributions will guarantee the integrity and accuracy of configuration data across various teams, including Design, Analysis, Vehicle Integration, Software, Operations, and Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to understand and gather configuration data requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for effective configuration data management, including automated processes for data updates and deployment.
