Qualifications
About You and The RoleAs the Construction and Development Manager for the Houston Region, you will spearhead all facets of real estate development to establish Zipline's ground infrastructure. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire process from site identification to permitting, approvals, and construction, including subcontractor management, invoicing, and ensuring site installation quality. Collaborating closely with our Deployment and Construction team, as well as the Real Estate and Government Affairs teams, you will cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure necessary approvals for network expansion. Your role will involve leading negotiations, managing external vendors, and ensuring adherence to project timelines while aligning with Zipline’s strategic objectives. You will receive support from Zipline’s Community Engagement and Legal teams to foster local partnerships and navigate jurisdictional processes for expedited approvals.
