This position is located in Bastrop, TX.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee facilities projects to ensure vendors adhere to standards and deliver quality services, materials, and craftsmanship.Plan and direct construction activities involving internal resources and subcontractors, leading coordination meetings among trades.Work collaboratively with the Construction Projects Team to maintain accurate records, including daily logs, progress reports, and financial documentation related to construction.Enforce contract expectations with subcontractors and communicate any discrepancies.Approve subcontractor work and address any related issues.Authorize subcontractor payments following thorough inspections of completed work.Ensure a safe work environment by implementing and enforcing safety regulations, including OSHA requirements.Verify completion of all checklists and coordinate necessary inspections.Monitor site cleanliness and hold subcontractors accountable for daily clean-up.Schedule and manage subcontractors for warranty repairs.Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, operators, and inspectors.Coordinate inspections with local officials.Review and manage project requests, creating work orders and ensuring completion.Generate purchase orders as needed to facilitate timely project execution, including rentals and subcontractor labor.
