Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. At least 3 years of experience in alignment with Vietnam Safety Standards and other industry regulations and best practices. Commitment to fostering a safety-oriented culture throughout the project lifecycle. A proactive self-starter with strong ethics, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative and innovative mindset focused on cost efficiency and results. Proven interpersonal skills, capable of leading a diverse team towards shared objectives.

About the job

  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager to oversee daily site coordination and project execution, which includes managing utilities installation, safety signoff coordination, and scope change management.
  • Coordinate tool installations and facility upgrades, focusing on capacity enhancements and utility distribution, along with necessary building retrofits and construction efforts.
  • Possess a solid understanding of the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methodologies, and disciplines related to assigned projects, applying this knowledge to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution within and across projects or functional areas as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) standards, particularly in clean room environments, and participate in incident investigations as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Architectural/Engineering (AE) teams, General Contractors (GC), third-party Quality Assurance Quality Control (QAQC), and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Procurement, to effectively deliver solutions.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing quality, scheduling, value engineering, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Lead and/or participate in regular project meetings and site inspections, including Project Reviews, Design Reviews, Safety Walks, and Site Assessments with team members and contractors.
  • Promote a culture of safety and care across all business environments, from planning through construction execution.
