Opportunity for a Construction Project Planner
Joining XYZ Reality as a Planner means taking charge of the planning and execution of projects across various sites. You will work closely with our engineering, production, and sales teams to guarantee projects are completed punctually, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities
Lead external planning teams with expertise in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and 4D integration.
Integrate Project Programme(s) with client specifications into the 3D design framework.
Expand scheduled activities, including the MEP programme (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) for effective build sequencing within the BIM model.
Collaborate with the Sales Team on client consultations, demonstrating strong scheduling and construction knowledge.
Perform project data analytics using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel.
Provide regular progress reports to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Monitor productivity and adherence to completion deadlines.
Engage regularly with stakeholders, as this is a front-end role.
Deliver technical and assurance support for Planning & Project Controls.
