RemoteVA PH is on the lookout for a talented Construction Software Implementation Specialist who possesses extensive experience in setting up, configuring, and optimizing construction software solutions. This pivotal role is dedicated to enhancing our internal systems and designing workflows that ensure our construction project management platforms operate at peak efficiency, aligning seamlessly with the needs of various clients.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technologically adept, and well-versed in construction project workflows, with the capability to connect software capabilities to real-world operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize construction software platforms (such as Buildertrend and JobTread) to optimize internal operations and client-specific workflows.
- Import and organize vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation into the system.
- Create standardized templates for estimates, budgets, and schedules.
- Design and refine project workflows that align with both internal processes and client requirements.
- Set up and maintain digital project files within the platform’s document management system.
- Collaborate with internal team leads to ensure the software is configured optimally.
- Develop and maintain internal guides and best-practice documentation to facilitate user adoption.
