About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to join our Operations team for a project based in Mooresville, IN. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization to project close-out, ensuring adherence to contract requirements and Holder’s quality standards.
- Implement and enforce project safety, quality, and scheduling objectives.
