The DMI is responsible for the delivery of studies (regarding quality, cost, and timelines) and is based in Lyon, Paris, Tours, Pierrelatte, employing nearly 100 professionals.To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer – High/Low Voltage.Assigned to manage various simultaneous project management tasks within the engineering office, you will be accountable for executing and delivering technical studies alongside a project team.Your key responsibilities will include: Technical Design and StudiesConducting electrical design studies: single-line diagrams, layout plans, power balance calculations, and preliminary sizing of cabinets and connections.Designing electrical distribution diagrams and overseeing the production of detailed 2D/3D plans (using REVIT, AutoCAD, Caneco, Dialux, Visio) by the drafting team.Writing technical notes, material specifications, and documentation for various project phases (feasibility, preliminary design, detailed design, specifications, tender documents).Calculating and sizing electrical networks while integrating standards, regulations, and nuclear safety requirements.Conducting consultations, comparative analyses, and recommending materials/technical solutions. Project Management and CoordinationMonitoring and validating design deliverables, supervising and reviewing studies conducted internally or by contractors.Providing operational support to the Head of the Division: load planning, facilitating meetings, managing and overseeing project teams.Participating in project progress and coordination meetings, managing internal interfaces (project managers, study directors, teams) and external interfaces (clients, partners, subcontractors, control offices).Identifying technical deviations, budgetary issues, scheduling delays, or safety risks, and escalating any hazardous situations.
