Role Overview
As a Consultant in Strategy & Technology, you will shine in a collaborative environment, working alongside team members to deliver state-of-the-art digital solutions that enhance user experiences. You possess a natural talent for understanding and addressing complex business challenges. You will engage with our clients and the wider team through brainstorming sessions, crafting impactful end-user experiences, and overseeing technical implementation. In this diverse role, you will collaborate closely with our Strategy, Project Management, User Experience (UX) Design, and Technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members on projects ranging from small-scale rapid initiatives to extensive digital transformations.
- Contribute to the development of digital solutions across various client sectors.
- Participate in user experience design thinking workshops with clients.
- Play a pivotal role in deciphering our clients' business objectives and challenges, collaborating with design and technology teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Conduct research and interviews to gather insights on clients' business operations, success factors, and competitive landscape.
- Coordinate project management tasks effectively.
- Serve as a thought leader in design and technology trends, both established and emerging.
- Prepare structured presentations, documentation, and responses to requests for proposals.
