RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and standardize reports, tools, and metrics for operational assessment and enhancement, utilizing various software applications (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, etc.). Design and improve tools focusing on growth trends, productivity metrics, and ROI for initiatives. Conduct thorough analyses using SQL queries and other data analysis techniques to diagnose issues and extract trends for informed decision-making. Oversee system maintenance and data integrity, collaborating with other departments to resolve issues. Engage with cross-functional teams to comprehend existing processes, identify gaps, and drive improvements for enhanced productivity. Lead projects aimed at automating non-essential processes to minimize manual intervention. Provide training for users and leaders on system upgrades or improvements and assist with troubleshooting. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in economics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, supply chain, or a related quantitative field.1+ years of experience in analytics reporting, business operations, production/supply planning, management/strategy consulting, or similar roles.1+ years of experience in building datasets for dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
