The Role:
As a Content Analyst, you will collaborate closely with our Content team to enhance AlphaSense’s content offerings while addressing our clients' needs. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team comprising product managers, fellow content analysts, software engineers, and content vendors. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new content sources, configuring automated content ingestion processes, and ensuring the quality of the content. The content sets you will work with include public company presentations, news, regulatory documents, trade journals, publications, and various web-based content.
The ideal candidate will possess: exceptional written and verbal communication skills; prior experience in content onboarding and support; strong analytical capabilities; proficiency in web research; and adept troubleshooting abilities.
