The Role:
The Content Analyst will collaborate with our dynamic Content team to broaden AlphaSense’s content offerings while addressing client needs. You will engage with a multidisciplinary team of product managers, content analysts, software engineers, and content vendors. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new content, configuring automated content ingestion processes, and overseeing content quality. The content types you will manage include public company presentations, news articles, regulatory filings, trade journals, publications, and various online content.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, prior experience in content onboarding and support, strong analytical abilities, web research proficiency, and effective troubleshooting skills.
