Manage projects focused on the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of applications in collaboration with external suppliers and other IT departments. Analyze IT applications and solutions, develop concepts, and implement them in the areas of Time Management and Attendance Management. Maintain and enhance existing applications, interfaces, and system integrations. Proactively diagnose and resolve application issues, providing technical support to users. Support third-party software solutions for our business clients. Prepare and advise on the new software selection process. Serve as the central contact point for all stakeholders regarding our applications. Coordinate external suppliers in implementing new business requirements.

Actively participating in the planning and development of SAP-based financial applications and related non-SAP application services. Supporting the operational functionality of financial application services across all divisions. Assisting internal staff and external service partners in service delivery and management within ServiceNow. Analyzing and evaluating service delivery in ServiceNow for compliance with requirements. Conceptualizing and implementing dashboards necessary for service reporting in ServiceNow.

Familiarity with ITIL methodology is advantageous (certification preferred).
