Requirements:Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as management, business, or engineering. A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a related role is required. Four (4) years of specialized experience, including executive assistant experience in military or industry contexts. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor required in all interactions with senior staff during meetings, briefings, and discussions. Preferred Qualifications:A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as management, business, or engineering is preferred. PMP certification is highly desirable. At least 8 years of experience managing aerospace programs for DoD clients. Technical and analytical understanding of Milcom & PNT satellite and ground systems.

BryceTech is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Program Manager to join our team in Washington. This role is instrumental in providing support to the Under Secretary of Defense/Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (USD/DUSD(R&E)) Front Office, the Offices of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (OASD) for Science and Technology (S&T), Mission Capabilities (MC), and Critical Technologies (CT), and the Deputy Secretary of Defense (DSD). The successful candidate will oversee comprehensive contract management, foster customer relations, ensure achievement of project milestones, and enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective communication with clients and stakeholders, collaborating closely with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and other government officials to keep all parties informed on program status, objectives, and any pertinent challenges.
  • Lead and manage contractor teams, overseeing daily operations and serving as the primary contact for contract-related inquiries.
  • Guide overall project oversight, assisting the government in managing the project lifecycle, including planning, monitoring, controlling, and coordinating resources to achieve project goals within budget and on schedule.
  • Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project risks, alongside quality assurance processes, and take corrective measures as needed.
  • Compile and present Monthly Personnel and Contract Data Reports, ensuring accuracy in contact data and funding details.
  • Develop reporting materials such as program overviews, executive summaries, and milestone status updates to assess the overall health of the program.
  • Coordinate senior staff visits and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
  • Provide strategic administrative support that aligns with the fast-paced demands of a Front Office environment.
  • Create innovative presentations, materials, and speeches for various engagements and events.
  • Advise on communication strategies with media and organizations regarding science, technology, research, engineering, and testing activities within the Department of Defense.
  • Proactively facilitate workflow management to ensure critical tasks are effectively routed and completed across the organization.
  • Recommend and implement innovative practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of assigned tasks.
  • Assist in the planning and management of Research and Engineering demonstration events.
