Gen Digital seeks a Contract Recruiter to support hiring needs across Tempe, AZ, New York City, NY, and Mountain View, CA. This hybrid position is based in Tempe, with three days per week onsite. The role involves managing 20–30 open requisitions at a time, covering mid- to senior-level positions across professional, corporate, and technical functions.
Role overview
This recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders in multiple locations, adapting to shifting business needs. The position calls for strong full-cycle recruiting skills and an ability to manage searches for a variety of roles. Experience in both professional and technical recruiting is important, as is comfort working in a setting where priorities can shift quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a steady pipeline of 20–30 requisitions for mid- to senior-level roles
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer
- Leverage AI tools and ATS platforms such as Ashby to drive sourcing and pipeline management
- Advise on talent markets and hiring strategy
- Deliver a high-quality, personalized candidate experience
Requirements
- Full-cycle recruiting experience across professional, corporate, and technical roles
- Ability to manage a high requisition load
- Proficiency with AI tools and modern ATS platforms (Ashby experience preferred)
- Consultative, solutions-oriented approach
- Comfort working onsite in Tempe, AZ three days per week
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in multiple locations
