Offering a competitive day rate of up to £400.
Applicants must be able to commute to our Stratford office at least once a week.

Your Role:
- Lead key technical initiatives, serving as a technical authority and mentor to enhance the team's technical expertise.
- Collaborate with Product and Project Managers, Architects, and other stakeholders to define project requirements.
- Translate high-level designs into actionable plans for delivery, collaborating closely with solution architects during transition activities.
- Contribute significantly to developing test strategies and plans in line with project objectives.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for scientific teams, converting research workflows and data requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and implement intricate cloud solutions tailored for scientific workloads, staying abreast of research-oriented services.
- Utilize SRE and DevOps best practices, establishing automation and CI/CD pipelines to enhance reliability and reduce manual effort.
- Demonstrate experience with AWS and hybrid cloud architecture.
- Possess expertise in Infrastructure as Code, Python, R, CI/CD, and Linux.
- Have a solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, cloud services, various SQL and NoSQL databases, and messaging queues.
