As an in-office organization, we expect our employees to primarily work from their Applied Intuition office five days a week. However, we value flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home, or leaving early to accommodate family needs.
About the Role
We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our Legal team in a strategically vital role that encompasses both internal and external responsibilities. This position will collaborate with various teams across the organization to facilitate the efficient provision of legal and compliance services to our business partners.
At Applied Intuition, You Will:
- Negotiate and draft a variety of contracts with vendors and customers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and product teams, to establish contractual terms and conditions
- Provide training and create resources to support our contracting processes
- Oversee the contract administration lifecycle, including responding to and tracking incoming requests
- Prepare and maintain essential templates, playbooks, policies, and additional knowledge materials
