Shift: Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and security standards.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspections on systems including automation, robotics, and control panels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment, serving as a resource for junior technicians and escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed in our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and other relevant ticketing systems.
- Guide and mentor maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and understanding of automation, controls, and robotics.
- Lead root cause analysis for significant downtime incidents.
- Serve as a contact for technical issues across the network and lead network-wide troubleshooting efforts.
- Enhance the knowledge of maintenance staff on advanced automation and control systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams during the commissioning of new control systems.
- Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback to leadership regarding quality of work.
- Standardize preventive maintenance practices across the network to optimize effectiveness.
- Participate in building project tasks as assigned.
