Responsibilities:Design, scale, and launch manufacturing equipment for innovative products, including developing automation system architecture and standards for deployment across various production lines. Create electrical one-line diagrams and schematics for automated manufacturing equipment; assist in integration with the factory’s Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and set up equipment reporting to monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and other essential machine data. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and refine both existing and new testing processes; engage with technical teams to ensure product integration within pulsed power circuits to optimize testing methods aligned with Helion’s overarching generator objectives. Partner with machine suppliers on high-level equipment design and functionality; support design reviews, acceptance testing, and equipment buyoff to guarantee smooth integration into manufacturing operations. Implement robust safety systems that meet industry standards, ensuring a secure working environment.
