About the Role:

As a key member of Cresta's Conversation Design team, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality AI conversation models that provide real-time coaching and support for contact center agents. Your role will involve designing engaging conversational experiences for virtual agents across both voice and chat platforms. This highly collaborative position will require close partnerships with cross-functional teams in Machine Learning, Data Science, Program Management, Customer Success, Product Leadership, and Engineering. You may also engage directly with clients to ensure alignment on our solution designs and assist them in utilizing Cresta Opera, our proprietary self-service tool.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all phases of AI delivery projects, from design and development to deployment and optimization of AI solutions for diverse clients.
  • Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to create solutions that help clients achieve their business goals using Cresta's AI product suite.
  • Design solutions for contact centers in various domains, including sales, retention, collections, and customer service across multiple industries, from financial services to telecommunications.
  • Establish labeling guidelines for training conversational AI models and assist with labeling tasks as necessary.
  • Oversee model maintenance efforts to ensure that Cresta's AI models consistently meet high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement virtual agent solutions.
