This position is available in Budapest, Skopje, and Zagreb with a hybrid work model.

YOUR ROLE

As a Conversational UX Designer, you will play a key role in our Experience & Engineering team based in Germany. Our focus lies in merging technology with experience design to craft impactful and conversion-driven products and campaigns. You will be responsible for creating engaging digital experiences and communication strategies that alter user perceptions and behaviors.

In this role, you will establish the groundwork for exceptional end-to-end user experiences by integrating UX design, dialogue structuring, and advanced prompt crafting, fostering intelligent and natural interactions across both chat and voice platforms. If you're eager to tackle complex challenges and transform them into innovative digital products, while collaborating with some of the most talented individuals in the industry, this is the role for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate innovative ideas surrounding AI assistant best practices and share cross-industry insights with your project teams.
  • Design and implement conversational flows and dialogue structures.
  • Establish the tone, voice, and personality of the assistant to ensure consistency across various channels and interaction styles.
  • Translate strategic insights into thoughtfully crafted user-centered flows.
  • Support your design choices with clear annotations and develop simple prototypes.
  • Present your work to clients and stakeholders, addressing feedback constructively.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, AI engineers, and developers to refine and enhance the user experience.
  • Conduct testing and iterative improvements on conversations and prompts, utilizing user behavior, conversational metrics, and qualitative feedback.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a UX and/or Conversational Designer.
